NOTES from PHL We are uncertain what the exact time frame was during which Mr. Kincaid served as Keeper of this poorhouse. But the phrase "lived in Bonham most of their married life" makes us think this would likely not have begun much earlier than 1884. Also, this
description of the County Farm as a multi-purpose institution (including a
jail!)
