"I was able to learn a bit more about the Beaver County Home. It was actually located in Potter Twp, on the property of Zinc Corp of America (the former St Joe Mineral property). It sat along the bank of the Ohio River, directly across from the Merril Locks. The home was extensively remodeled in the 1940's and unfortunately bore no resemblance to the home pictured, after the "improvements". I don't know if the building is still in existence or not."
