Portage Co. Infirmary
       We the trustees of Hiram Township
Portage Co do hereby certify that we
have rec(eive)d information that a certain
person by the name Arau(?) Orvis an
inhabitant of said township is in
a suffering condition and requires
public support. And we further
certify that we have enquired into the
condition and necessities of said person
and are satisfied that immediate
relief ought to be granted at the
public expense.
