Record of bills filed giving date, warrant no., name of recipient of warrant, purpose, amount of voucher. date of approval, and amount approved and paid.  Warrants are for various items such as food supplies, clothing, medical aid, transportation, and burial.  Chron. arr.  Handwritten.  225 pp.  18 x 12 x 2.  C.C., sub-basement, s. wall.
